Uso de datos de Google

Esto es lo que Bossy hace con los datos que recibe de Google. Lo completa el Aviso de privacidad.

Al entrar con Google

En thebossy.ai, entrar con Google solo nos da tu nombre, tu correo y tu foto de perfil, y los usamos para crear tu cuenta y mostrarte en tu oficina. En la app de iPhone, entrar con Google también conecta tus servicios de Google, con los permisos que apruebes en la pantalla de Google.

Si conectas tus servicios de Google

Es opcional. Con los permisos que tú das en la pantalla de Google:

• Gmail: tus agentes buscan y leen tus correos y guardan borradores de respuesta para que tú los revises. Ningún agente envía correos: uno solo sale cuando tú lo envías desde tu bandeja en Bossy, donde también puedes organizar tus correos.
• Calendar: ven tus eventos y agregan los que les pides; tú también puedes crear, cambiar o borrar eventos desde Bossy.
• Tasks: ven tus pendientes y agregan los que les pides; tú también puedes completarlos desde Bossy.
• Drive: buscan y leen tus archivos para usarlos en lo que les pides; tú también puedes ver, subir y crear archivos desde Bossy.
• Contactos: para encontrar a quién le escribes.

Cómo los usamos y guardamos

• Solo para hacer lo que tú pides en Bossy.
• Guardamos en nuestro servidor la autorización de Google (un token) para que tus agentes trabajen aunque cierres la app. Al desconectar Google, la borramos.
• Lo que un agente lee de Google para un encargo puede quedar en el historial de ese encargo, dentro de tu oficina privada, junto con lo que te entrega.

Con quién los compartimos

• Con el proveedor de IA que hace el trabajo (Anthropic, o el servicio de IA que elijas para ese agente), solo lo necesario para cumplir tu encargo.
• Si un agente ve un video de tu Drive, se lo enviamos a Gemini, la IA de Google, para analizarlo, y esa copia se borra al terminar.
• Nunca vendemos tus datos de Google ni los usamos para publicidad.
• No usamos tus datos de Google para entrenar modelos de IA.
• Nadie de Bossy los lee sin tu permiso, salvo que haga falta por seguridad (por ejemplo, para investigar un abuso) o para cumplir la ley.

Uso Limitado

El uso y la transferencia que Bossy hace de la información recibida de las API de Google a cualquier otra app se apegan a la Política de Datos del Usuario de los Servicios de API de Google (Google API Services User Data Policy), incluidos los requisitos de Uso Limitado.

Bossy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cómo lo desconectas o lo borras

• En Bossy, en Configuración, en Google, con «Desconectar».
• Desde tu cuenta de Google, en myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Al borrar tu cuenta de Bossy, revocamos y borramos tu conexión con Google.

How we use Google data

This is what Bossy does with the data it receives from Google. The Privacy notice covers the rest.

When you sign in with Google

At thebossy.ai, signing in with Google only gives us your name, email and profile photo, which we use to create your account and show you in your office. On the iPhone app, signing in with Google also connects your Google services, with the permissions you approve on Google's screen.

If you connect your Google services

It's optional. With the permissions you give on Google's screen:

• Gmail: your agents search and read your email and save reply drafts for you to check. No agent sends email: one only goes out when you send it from your inbox in Bossy, where you can also organize your mail.
• Calendar: they see your events and add the ones you ask for; you can also create, change or delete events in Bossy.
• Tasks: they see your to-dos and add the ones you ask for; you can also complete them in Bossy.
• Drive: they search and read your files to use them in what you ask; you can also browse, upload and create files in Bossy.
• Contacts: to find who you're writing to.

How we use and store it

• Only to do what you ask in Bossy.
• We keep Google's authorization (a token) on our server so your agents can work while the app is closed. When you disconnect Google, we delete it.
• What an agent reads from Google for a job may stay in that job's history, inside your private office, along with what it hands you.

Who we share it with

• With the AI provider doing the work (Anthropic, or the AI service you pick for that agent), only what's needed to carry out your request.
• If an agent watches a video from your Drive, we send it to Gemini, Google's AI, to analyze it, and that copy is deleted when it's done.
• We never sell your Google data or use it for advertising.
• We don't use your Google data to train AI models.
• Nobody at Bossy reads it without your permission, unless it's needed for security (for example, to look into abuse) or to comply with the law.

Limited Use

Bossy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to disconnect or delete it

• In Bossy, under Settings, in Google, with “Disconnect”.
• From your Google account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• When you delete your Bossy account, we revoke and delete your Google connection.
